The problem is Democrats won't clarify who the wealthy are, as a result everyone will be taxed more. Virginia is a prime example. If you're not on welfare...you must be wealthy.

An excellent example of what will happen if the Democrats get control of all three houses is Virginia. The candidate for governor, Abigail Spanberger, ran as a "moderate" then turned around and hit the Virginians with a huge number of taxes.
As to taxing the rich, the Scandinavian nations don't heavily tax the rich, their stated reasons were that heavily taxing the rich would stifle innovation. An example of stifling the rich are Marxist nations. They have to steal technology from the western tech companies, then adapt it. If a person has a great idea for an invention. A financial incentive significantly propels his/her ambition.

If there was a flat tax of 10% and you paid your 10%, that multimillionaire or billionaire should pay 10% taxes with no loopholes. His/her 10% payment in taxes would be far more than you put in and thus fair.
Simply end the loopholes the ultra-rich can use.
