No weekend sportsman could come that close from so far away. My guess is the shooter was a professional marksman who had a rifle and had climbed up in the trees on the far end outside the rally. One inch to the right and Trump would probably be fighting for his life or dead right now.

We have just witnessed the last outdoor rally and the last rally with Trump not surrounded by bulletproof glass.

Plus, I already heard one report from the event that some of the shots we heard was actually police or SS snipers with binoculars returning fire at some location in the trees outside the event. Another report was that the shooter was down.

That was a recording from the speaker's microphone which cancels out all background noise. A far-off shooter would have never been heard in that video. It is amazing how he was the only one hit. At least some of those around and behind him should have been hit from that many shots. It has all the markings of a publicity stunt, including his practiced raised fist.

Notice the Brit reporter cautioned the witness by saying, paraphrasing, 'be careful, we don't know who is watching'. This was after the witness had just said the SS had blown the guys head off.
