I am sure there are many badass Drug lords lurking around Mexico. It's a pretty big country. I wouldn't even doubt, we are harboring them inside the US. It's really not that hard to get in...it doesn't always happen at the borders anymore. Mostly underground tunnels right under the border in border towns across the Southwest - San Diego to the southeast part of Texas.
