Another example of trying to equate the Islamic world with the non-Islamic world, when they are as different as day & night. In my post #270 to Lisa558 I provided two links.
Of course domestic violence is known in the Islamic world. Of course there are Muslims who abuse and we know that the fanatical Islamic regimes in charge of many countries are abusive and intolerant. However, abuse and intolerance is not unique to Islam.
In the USA so-called "pastors" have advocated that gays should be killed or that women should be denied the vote. The late Mr Kirk advised Taylor Swift to submit to her husband (whatever that might entail) telling her she was not "in charge".
Is there such a great difference between those in the USA who hold such beliefs and their counterparts in the Islamic world? The only difference I can see is that thankfully those individuals and their supporters in the USA do not have over-arching authority as do their Islamic counterparts. However, if they did have that same degree of power would the societies they envisage be so very different?
Islam, and all its insane doctines have no place whatsoever in the US , or in sane non-Islamic countries. Trump was right in 2017, when he banned immigration from Islamic countries. I wonder how did so many of these looney tunes managed to get here, with their whole goofball culture ?
However they did, we ought to do as much as we can to get rid of them.
