The "Murder" of two Palestinians on Nakba day- FAKE!

They've only been around for about 10 years I think. And they are a substantial percentage of the Israeli military, not a fringe whatsover.

Did you know that there is now an Israeli sitting on the Revolutionary Council of Fateh? The ties are being formed. I believe one day in the not too distant future the Israeli people are going to refuse to do it anymore, just like the US did back in thre days of Vietnam war.
Honestly, what do you think the outcome would be if Israel laid down her weapons? Let me guess: They would be overwhelmed by Ayrabs bearing gifts and, flowers and wine. Got it!

Laywers? They're soldiers, and quite a huge number of them.

Israeli soldier suspended after fatal West Bank shootings

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel has suspended a soldier in the fatal shootings of two Palestinian teenagers at a protest held on May 15 in the occupied West Bank, Israeli media reported on Wednesday.

The killings took place as protests erupted across the West Bank on Nakba Day, when the Palestinians mark the loss of the 1948 war that resulted in the creation of Israel and the flight of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

The suspension is just as real as the shooting.....

Israeli soldier suspended after fatal West Bank shootings: reports

He was not authorized to fire his weapon at a wall to scare the protesters. He was not using live fire and he was not on the particular street where the kids were. He just happened to have been the only Israeli that discharged he weapon near the same time that the first boy was supposedly shot. The other boy was "shot" on the exact spot more than an hour later when no IDF were around that street.

No, the ones who were there, other soldiers, said it was an actual shooting and the kids are really dead. And CNN is obviously totally convinced and they were RIGHT THERE filming. That is why the soldier who did the shooting is now in trouble. And of course the kids did get death certificates!
I think most Israelis know this to be true, it happens pretty often. It is only in America that there is enough distance between reality and ideology for anyone to plausibly deny something like this. Will try to find film of the funerals. Watching someone get dirt thrown on their face is really pretty convincing.

The soldier on the CNN news video was not using live round and fired at the wall, without authorization, nor was he directly in danger or threatened. He was trying to disperse the protesters. His shot was the only close to the same time as the first child fell. He was not on the street nor aiming at the child, just in the neighborhood. The other child was "shot" more than an hour later in the same spot as the first, when IDF were not near by or discharging a weapon.

If the boys were shot, it was not by an IDF weapon. The CNN shows that all the IDF there had extensions on their weapons so they could fire rubber bullets

Hamas has admitted paying over $1000 to rioters on the mount, so why is it not possible they had the same offer by the prison? Palestinians have been exposed for the making of false claims and videos that might at first glance seen damning of IDF. Careful examination shows some to be even humorous in there attempt of staging some incident.
spielberg they are not.

All I know about Israeli soldiers I learned from Breaking the Silence. Those gentlemen are courageous....

That's sums it up.

All you know about Israeli soldiers is from a tiny incignificent website and youtube videos.

And you think you can comment from THAT?

Please.

By the way, that thing you just said there?

*whispers*Don't tell that to your friends. That's....kind of amusing. In a funny-terrible way.

This is so sad. Did you go to the CNN website and viee their footage and come to the same conclusions they did? If not, you are probably in knee-jerk denial and have lost your capacity for independent thought. At any rate, the family has the bullet so hopefully some "independent" ballistics lab will compare to the rifle. But frankly there is no other gun fired at that time. And the soldiers were there the second time as well. You can see them in the background.

I know quite a bit about the occupation, but not from the soldiers' perspective. Your turn to be courageous and learn something about the Palestinian fighters. Do you want videos or a reading list?

The video was proven fake. I rest my case here. I don't believe any single thing the Palestinians say. They were proven lies too many times to count.

"I know quite a bit about the occupation,"

Yet you need me to 'enlighten' you in the most basic things... I don't care answering your questions, but when you say all you know about the IDF is from 'breaking the silence' and raise eyebrows as many things I say because you obviously didn't know them before-hand, then in that case, the one or two things you do know about the 'occupation' hardly count for anything.

It's not me being bitchy or anything, but me stating pure facts. I know alot more about this subject than 99% of the people here. Again, fact.

I admit I do have a lot to learn, but please don't try and over-wise me. That is not needed.

So you mean you are a terrorist apologist and have Islamist associations?

What a surprise, I mean you totally caught us off guard there.

Well, no, not since the last 30+ years at least. And that was before Islamic militancy was much of a presence, so that is all knew to me entirely. Not altogether comfortable with Islamism, but I realize I need to know more. Several Israeli-Palestinian Christians whose work I have been following seem to think Hamas is overall a force for good. I am reserving judgment. Like I said I don't believe too much in the press on this subject, and I just don't have enough other input yet. But I am willing to buddy up with the devil himself if it will lead to peace. Its just not worth losing another precious life just to gain more territory in the West Bank. Will ask for absolution later as I said.

Have you read the HAMAS charter? And please explain how you imagine 'peace' is to come about from following a group of people committed to daily sending rockets indiscriminately to attack civilians, digging tunnels to kidnap children from kindergarten, etc, etc.

Let me make the point a different way. I am sure you know the difference between a primary source, a secondary source, and a tertiary source, right? Newspapers are a tertiary source. I would much rather base my judgment on primary sources when I can get them.

I think I did read the Hamas charter, but perhaps what I read was just excerpts. Militant groups often, probably always, include hardline positions in their charters so that they will have points to negotiate when they do initially come to the table. It makes for smooth progress at the very beginning, gets the ball rolling. As every salesperson knows, get 'em on a roll saying "yes" and you'll make the sale, right? And as I tried to explain once already, history has shown that bringing militant groups into the process transforms them into institutions. There is nothing to fear whatsover from TALKING to people. This whole thing reminds me of the days when Israel and U.S. both would denounce PLO and say they would never talk with terrorists. Even while they were saying that, they started secretly meeting with the PLO! They had to of course, otherwise there would have been no progress, things would have remained in stalemate and they would have failed at what they were trying to achieve. All the hardline public rhetoric is just to save face with the hysterical and somewhat knuckleheaded public who can't perform cogent political analysis. Israel and U.S. are probably making indirect overtures to Hamas right now.
And that's a good thing. You say you want the violence to stop, n'est-ce que pas? And you are willing to have it stop just as things are right now? Not one additional settlement established or Palestinian expelled? Good. There's hope yet.
