In August 2004 Senator Mark Dayton of Ohio wanted various men in NORAD to be charged with perjury for having told so many lies regarding the NORAD time line of the events of the day.

A week or so ago I watched a thorough investigation of TWA 800 and understand why the center fuel tank was blamed. The report did not involve the navy being the cause.

The missile phenomena were examined as well as the cause being a bomb, the center fuel tank is the cause of the explosion.

This video will help you clear up your concerns. I recommend you shorten your time by looking at the final report starting at minute 36. If you want to watch it like it a movie, start at the beginning.
