Since every police academy in America DECLARED there to be no such thing as an unarmed suspect > about 70 years ago, you bonehead.

I remember reading about it in the New York Daily News in 1955. Since then, the policy has always been for cops to shoot suspects (not yet frisked) whose hand(s) disappear from cop's view. You were never taught this, because your leftist teachers are clueless about criminal law, guns, & police.
