Tl;Dr?

The left is whining because they don't have a Tim Pool, a Joe Rogan, a Charlie Kirk, a Crouder or a Bannon.

Well ..let me help you with that.

The Left HAD Pool and Rogan...and drummed them out of their party with cancel culture.

The Crouders, Kirks and Bannons...you can't replicate that...because the reason a voter seeks out alt-media is because those individuals have lost faith in the biased Legacy Media.

If you agree with Legacy Media, there is no need to search out an alternative.

The only way to create leftwing alt media is to challenge the Establishment...and the Establishment isn't going to help you financially to oppose them.

The people who make it in that space, like Shoe-on-head and The Young Turks are doing it on their own with grass roots support.

If we've learned anything from this election...it's that just throwing a billion dollars at influencers isn't going to win elections ...it's just going to put Democrats in debt.

Because actually thinking and discussing policies and solutions doesn't work for being an "influencer". That would require debating issues and having reasoned discussions on them. That's why the right wing has a plethora of media figures. A more simple message. Easily digestible. Can be packaged more easily. Doesn't require much in the way of nuance or understanding. Real time reaction and emotions that are easy for the average media consumer to pick up on.

It's the same reason they didn't have a liberal Rush Limbaugh. I liken it to a book on "Winning Roulette". The concept is an impossibility. You can't build a popular enduring product based on lies.

In fact, the rest of the country is seeking alternatives to the legacy media because the actually DO discuss issues and allow concerns and all view points to be expressed and explored.

The left just has the 'childish, fingers in the ear; lalala' response to any narrative they put forward.

Who wants to get information from people who just flat out deny what anyone has to say that does fit their views and call those who do put forward other ideas and information as making false statements.

The country has caught on to the tactic. It is why the legacy media is trusted by ONLY the insane leftwing cults.

They had the propaganda, hard DNC activism throughout the mainstream media for decades. Of course they are panicking.

They are like the spoiled teenaged girl who didn’t get the right colored Porsche convertible for graduation. They literally don’t know how to deal with not being spoiled.. cue the hyperbolic doomsday scenarios across NBC, MSNBC, CNN, etc

All of that Progressive legislation the first two years of Joe's administration. We kind of missed the debating part.

What "debate" were you looking for? That legislation was largely opposed by Republicans..who were quick to take credit for it once it started helping their districts. :auiqs.jpg: Funny how that worked, huh?

Thanks for verifying my point. You turn to these "alternatives" because they don't require any thinking or debate. All they require is reaction. An emotion. A quick fix. Much easier than actually having to debate the actual nuances of policy. The whole rise of alternative (alt-right) media was fueled by a mix of disinformation, lies, and conspiracy theories.

Printing fiat currency to pay off special interests is what happened. And a lot of that went to Progressive areas and failing unions for bankrupting themselves.

Not even close, slugger. But, nice swing.
As far as special interest..I think there's enough of that on both sides to go around. :)

Who cares. Influencers are useless.

Yep, Rogan was a Bernie guy last time around. I don't think he's a right winger now, I just think he thought trump was the best pick THIS round. Next time, I suspect he will vote dem again.

As far as having something like crowder or kirk, we'll, they could have if they wanted to, they just need to get people to start a network. They have young turks and pakman. They just need to organize into a network.

Also, with democrats, rather than trying to build a competing network, they'd rather just try and get the existing networks shut down

Again, these alternatives ARE what journalism and the national debate used to be before the Marxists and left grabbed a monopoly on the narrative.

When you refuse to even acknowledge that other world views and independent thought is valid and must exist, the YOU are the problem.

AS most of the left is.

Yeah that’s why I always record The View…such meaningful dialogue, and reasoned discussions

A good percentage of that legislation went to Prog special interests. It kept Prog states and cities afloat for at least a year.
