Okay..here's the deal...
I hire you to do paper work..cuz I have to it's required..Now you make 5% commission
just for doing that..Now I do what needs to be done on the property and list it with YOU
for sale..You want to charge me 7% of the sale price as commission. I try to tell you that's
unreasonable in so may words..You got 5% for nothing now ya want another 7%...Geeeezzzzz.
Good news is I've found some agents that'll go 4% on the re-sale.. But I still hate em all!!!!!
