I live outside of Elizabeth, SE of Denver.

Sure , I'm familiar with Elizabeth .
Have you ever gone to th El Tacos De Mexico on 6th and Santa Fe ? I dream about their Burritoes Al Pastor , easily the finest burrito I have ever consumed . Also , my favorite Chinese restaurant in the world is on Broadway . Across the street from The Imperial(the one that always wins best Chinese in Westwood) is Little Shanghai . The Jalapeno Chicken is one of the best things I have ever eaten and their Hot and Sour soup at night is a meal in itself . You have to get a bowl for two because they make it from scratch . .. outstanding! I ate there at least 5 times a week . I worked up the street at Meiningers Art Supply at 5th and Broadway .
Did they ever change the flight patterns to DIA ? Seems like there was a lot of complaints from your area when they first opened it . I left in 96 and have missed it everyday , count yourself lucky to be in God's country .
I lived in the Potters Highland neighborhood across I-25 from Coors field and Downtown . I remember being able to hear Pink Floyd from my house when they played at Mile Hi . I haven't been back for about 2 years , I'm sure there are some huge changes .

Me too, and a shower!

Hi Said ,
Are Starbucks popular in the Great White North ? Down here they build Starbucks . . . in a Starbucks! In Houston , there are two across the street from each other , they can't be 50 yards appart .

My father lived in that area, we sat on his balcony and got baked and listened to Pink Floyd when they came to town!

No I haven't eaten at either of those restaurants. My favorite Mexican that I have found so far is a place called Los Volcanes in Elizabeth. They make the best Camarones a la Diabla I have tasted. I have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant, I will give yours a try. There is a place in Arvada that I only go to for the Hot and Sour Soup, another on Federal (Vietnamese place) that I go to only for their egg rolls and coffee. I really like spicy Chinese food, and most restaurants won't make it to the level that I like.

Oui, tres popular! Not as popluar as they are in the US, but they're building good momentum. I love Starbucks, but would take Tim Horton's, or the spew from my kitchen right now. :D

We had a place called Friend's coffee. It was really crappy coffee served by someone you know. It went out of business within a year. If it had tasted even slightly better I would have frequented the place.

Sounds like coffee at my house. Only I'd probably spill it on you or myself before you had a chance to drink it. :D
