Today, my wife and I decided to go to the river here in Floor E Da and eat at a seafood restaurant that has opened to dine in. While we were eating we watched some of the boats come in so they too can partake of the great seafood. That it was a very contagious virus and there was cause for concern. Certainly wasn't praising China and saying there was going to be no problem.
