The polls show that she would fare better against Trump than Biden.

Polls would show my cat would fare better than Biden. (sarcasm) He's a vegetable. Beating Biden for the nomination, at this point, wouldn't be hard. But the primaries are over. The party seems to be stuck with Biden. With only 4 months left, with Michelle Obama not showing any signs of getting into politics, the left is stuck with Biden.

The establishment that runs both parties, have either decided to concede the election to Trump. Or they simply want him to be president.

Either way, the country just slid a little more left of center.

NYT just did an assessment of her today as though she’s the one and is a serious candidate. Of course, she’s a victim of sexism and racism so she gets brownie points for that.
So they’re now officially pushing for her.

I suppose no one has told her that the only reason she's VP is because of her race and/or gender. Now that Biden is gone (or on the way out), she's next in line for the POTUS throne.
The question is, is she going to go quietly? Or is she going to raise a huge stink about it? If the DNC makes her the nominee, Trump wins. If they keep Biden, Trump wins. If they go with Newsom, Trump wins. If they go with anyone other than Harris, and she becomes vindictive about it, she could literally sink the entire DNC.

This starts out about the meetings that are about to take place to oust Joe. But it leads into the Kamala thorn in their side.

Heard a strategy to overcome the DEI issue...

If Biden refuses to step down, there will be a whistle blower who will blow the lid on the coverup. It will be a huge scandal, and Biden's cognitive decline will be revealed like never before.

Biden will have no choice but to resign, but if Jill and Hunter manage to keep him going against the will of the DNC, or he will be taken out.

Biden will resign the presidency, not just his candidacy.

Kamala will be made the 47th POTUS until Jan 20th, giving Dems a huge DEI talking point about the first Black female cackling president.

The Dems will have an open convention. Kamala will probably not win. The Dem ticket will be much stronger than Biden/Harris, and might beat Trump, who is not favored by most voters.

I think this strategy is quite creative. The biggest problem with it would be that if Kamala doesn't win the nomination the Dems forfeit the Biden/Harris campaign funds which are currently at about $0.25 Billion.

They will, though, if they're allowed to. Given the media's sycophantic reaction to the Quid Pro attempt to make border security about Republicans, however, there's not a lot of confidence they will actually hold her responsible. It could happen, but it's unlikely when they realize they have to support her because Orange Man Bad.

I dont think Forbes is telling the truth

Harris was part of the 2020 campaign but is not yet officially part of the 2024 campaign

And wont be till she has been selected and nominated at the convention

Thanks, but they are arguing that the donations are made to the Biden/Harris campaign, so both candidates have earned the right to the money. Biden has not been nominated yet either.

They might be wrong. If I donated to a campaign, I would not want either candidate to change.

They are shilling for Harris

So any error will be in her favor
