The Internet Reacts to Kirk

Why? I thought MAGA Republicans were warriors for free speech without consequences? Remember when you all were crying and soiling yourselves over 'cancel culture'?

Well, im just thinking back on a certain woman who wrote a racist note on a receipt and the restaurant doxxed her and she got fired. Leftys were all supportive of that.

So, why shouldn't these people be fired for celebrating the assassination of someone?

Yes. Again, who cares about these people? Who voted for these people? Who worships these people online? Who donates to these people?

And yet you talk about a few crazies who mocked Paul pelosi when ge was attacked and tried to say it was "maga".

Its the same thing.

. Appearing on Jubilee's internet show Surrounded, Kirk insisted Black people were "better" in the 1940s under Jim Crow laws.

While debating a college student, Kirk said, "They were actually better in the 1940s. It was bad. It was evil. But what happened? Something changed. They committed less crimes."

The person he debated responded, "4,000 Black men, women, and children were killed in violent lynch mobs. Racial terror permeated American culture for hundreds of years. You don't think that affected the generational psyche of an entire group of people?"

"Black America is worse than it has been in the last 80 years," he interrupted.

4. During this same Jubilee episode, Kirk was asked what he would want his daughter to do if she were 10 years old and pregnant following rape.

After calling the scenario graphic, he responds, "The answer is yes. The baby would be delivered."

I promise, if you watch that episode, which i did, by the way, when it came out. I promise you, the context in which he said those statements is not what you are trying to portray here.

If you people would just look at the WHOLE story, rather than picking out 1 sentence here and there, it would answer a LOT of questions for you.

This is disturbing. I didn't know about this. But I truly am not very familiar with Charlie Kirk, so I don't know how extreme and violent his rhetoric got.

Executions happen after a trial, and being found guilty of heinous crimes.

Pretty telling you’re getting off on his murder. Thanks for showing your true colors to those that didn’t already know.

Not crazies - CHARLIE KIRK! (Same thing?). He called for a "patriot" to bail out Paul Pelosi's attempted murderer.

He then went on to call for someone to bail out Pelosi’s attacker, David DePape.
“And why is he still in jail? Why has he not been bailed out? By the way, if some amazing patriot out there in San Francisco or the Bay Area wants to be a midterm hero, someone should go and bail this guy out… Bail him out and then go ask him some questions.”
DePape, who was 42 at the time of the attack, broke into the Pelosi home on Oct. 28, 2022, and bludgeoned the then-speaker’s husband with a hammer, fracturing his skull. During his subsequent trial, prosecutors said DePape was motivated by right-wing conspiracy theories.

Yeah, you have no outrage over the policeman who was shot and killed at the CDC over rightwing conspiracy theories. That was only a month ago and it's been memory-holed.

Yesterday along with Charlie Kirk getting shot, a school got shot up in Denver. There aren't a thousand threads about that. None of you care about that. You only have real outrage over the death of a radical far-right activist and a restaurant changing its logo.

Go back and watch the ENTIRE video segment. Hell, I posted it already today. If you all watched the WHOLE thing instead of media selected sound bites, you'd see that's not what he was saying.

Every single thing you guys are posting to make kirk look like a monster is disprovable and shown to be false simply by looking at the proper context. Kirk was not the person you all are trying to make him out to be.

You want to talk about the Evergreen High shooting?

The 16 year old shooter was raised by a rabid Trump-hater, and he hated Donald Trump too of course.

Memory-holed indeed.

Not sure if their level of TDS matches yours, but I’d wager it’s close.

Because they are liars

I am told that as a state representative this is the moment where I'm supposed to express my heartfelt condolences and then stand in solidarity with those on the other side of the aisle as we condemn political violence and stand unified as one people.
But we aren't "one people" are we?
The truth is we haven't been for some time now, and there is really no point in pretending anymore, if there ever was.
We are two very different peoples. We may occupy the same piece of geography, but that is where the similarities seem to abruptly end.
I convinced myself for a long time that whenever the left called me a racist, a bigot, a sexist, a fascist, a "threat to democracy" for even the most innocent of disagreements, that it was simply hyperbolic rhetoric done for effect.
And now the "effect" is a widow and two orphaned children, because the left couldn’t bear the thought of a peaceful man debating them and winning.
I don’t think they realize it yet, but murdering Charlie is going to be remembered as the day where we finally woke up to what this fight really is.
It’s not a civil dispute among fellow countrymen. It’s a war between diametrically opposed worldviews which cannot peacefully coexist with one another. One side will win, and one side will lose.
Charlie tried to win that fight through argumentation, through discussion, through peaceful resolution of differences.
And the other side murdered him.
Not because he was “extreme” or “inciting violence” or any other hyperbolic slur they hurled at him. They murdered him because he was effective. Because he was unafraid. Because he inspired others and made them feel like they had a voice, that they were not alone. And he did it at the very institutions which have fomented so much hatred toward conservatives.
I don’t want to “stand in solidarity” with the other side of the aisle. I want to defeat you. I want to defeat the godless ideology that kills babies in the womb, sterilizes confused children, turns our cities into cesspools of degeneracy and lawlessness…and that murdered Charlie Kirk.
Social media is aflame right now with leftist celebration of Charlie’s death.
I wonder if any among them understand what has just happened. If there is a Yamamoto somewhere in their midst warning, that all they have done is awoken a sleeping giant.
I doubt it. I think they gave up such introspection and self-awareness long ago.
I don’t know exactly what will happen next. I just know that it won’t be the same as what has happened in the past.
There will be thoughts and prayers…Charlie would have wanted prayers. Not for himself but for those left behind and for the country that he loved.
But then there will be a reckoning.
My Christian faith requires me to love my enemies and pray for those who curse me. It does not require me to stand idly by in the midst of savagery and barbarism...quite the opposite.
So every time I feel tired, every time I feel discouraged or overwhelmed, I am going to watch the video of a good man being murdered in Utah…I will force myself to watch it…and then I will return to the work of destroying the evil ideology responsible for that and so much more.
Rest with God Charlie, your fight is over.

Ours is just beginning.

I'm a big fan of spacing between paragraphs.

I don't need to watch the entire video. There is no way to take that out of context.

Or are you going to claim he was joking? 🙄

I don't need to watch the entire video.

Thats why you are quoting him out of context.

There is no way to take that out of context.

Im claiming that, if you look at his arguments in their TOTAL context, instead of selected sentences, you'd see that what they are trying to say is wrong.

Have you ever actually watched any of kinks videos? If you had, you'd see hes not what you all are trying to paint him as
