There are people on this thread suggested that his rights are forfeit because he's speaking a foreign language. That ICE should be able to "detain" anyone, without due process, simply because the President has declared a fake "emergency". Maybe that's going on in this case, maybe it's not - but these idiots are supporting those tactics regardless.

OP has no idea what the reason for the detainer was and is, just a knee jerk reaction to not only say that something the Trump administration did is wrong, but that it is wrong at "a whole new level."
