Probably.
Its called malicious prosecution.
I have not been following the details, but in general it has something to do with the electors.
But it is impossible for there to be any fraudulent electors.
They are selected by the parties, before the election.
Then after the election, when all the state legislators know who the electors are supposed to be and how they are supposed to vote, they publicly cast their votes in an open session of the legislature.
No possible opportunity for any fraud.
