The OP contends that the FBI is harassing Catholics, all across the country, in the basis of this Memo. I said that one memo, on one case, in one FBI field office is NOT INDICATIVE of a nationwide FBI policy of harassment against Catholics.

I can rewrite it using words with one syllable if that’s what it takes for you to understand that one memo in one office on one case is not national FBI policy.
