3. Eat right and live a healthier lifestyle

I didn't vote for Trump dumbass. As far as the VA I stopped going to them because the care was ******* horrible. I had back problems due to an injury while serving. The problem got worse after I got out of the Army but the VA would not do anything other than give me pain pills and muscle relaxers. After a few years I finally got an MRI and was told that I had a degenerating L4 and L5 my primary set me up for physical therapy which didn't do a ******* thing for the problem went back for another MRI and was told that my back was magically getting better.
