Theres enough oil in Alaska territiory to supply the United States for the next 100 years... off limits.
Yet we get our oil from people around the world who don't give a shit where they spill oil and are the worst polluters.
Strong economy revolves around cheap energy. There's no getting around it. There are un-utilized existing leases, but with many of those there are still legal hurdles to get over to actually drill, or they dont know yet if there is actually enough oil in them... Oil companies need to be allowed to have even more leases available... and it needs to be made easier for them to utilize the land.
Also we have a shortage of refineries. THAT is a huge problem and a bottle neck increasing prices. Ned to build more and bring some back online that have been shut down.

Im not buying Biden's story he made back when he was running for president, telling of how when he grew up he remembered oil slicks on the family car window because they lived near a refinery. Biden has made a promise to his base to get rid of the fossil fuel industry even though over the last 50n years those companies have reduced their pollution through new technologies and at a great cost.


Also , no one needs to be taxed at 75 % ... people need to stop being ******* jealous because someone else may be fabulously wealthy.

You’re an idiot. Runaway inflation started under Carter. Reagan’s tax cuts actually made most people pay more taxes by removing almost all tax deductions. Nobody actually paid the published rates because there were so many defections. Buy a car- all the interest, taxes and fees were deductible. Have a credit card- all the interest was deductible. Take out a personal loan- all the interest was deductible. There were whole investments designed to lose money on paper to create tax deductions while still making profits of sorts.
The reason the republicans aren’t publicizing the solution to inflation is that it is for the Fed to steeply raise interest rates to cut the money supply and cool the economy.
