If Trump really incited a riot then why hasn't he been charged with that crime? The answer to that is simple. He told the crowd in his speech that day to protest peacefully! He offered to supplement the Capital Police with National Guard troops before Jan. 6th. You'll keep on making that charge though...won't you? Which says more about you then it does Trump!

Trump has committed an extremely serious crime, and the GOP can't handle the investigation. This is after Trump incited a riot at the Capitol based on total lies of election fraud that also had absolutely no evidence, where the GOP couldn't handle or admit Trump guilt, accept a few people.

I too, am frustrated with the speed that the corrupted DOJ is moving with the former *pResident's shenanigans. Calm down. Until I see an indictment, every winger is just pissing in the wind here at this point.

We are a nation of laws, the GOP love to have fake investigations that yield nothing bad, yet cry when they get investigated committing extremely serious crimes.

Simpler than you think. All that's required is a lack of scruples, lack of candor, lack of empathy, lack of morals = magaturd. Unfortunately, Republicans are fighting a deadly magaturd infection within their party. Trump is the televangelist *pResident and his flock are the magaturds. Magaturds = true believers that favor conspiracy over reality. More importantly, NOT Republican/Conservative.

The majority of America wants answers not more Trump lies. The investigation and charges must move forward. There will be a trial if need be, maybe we should have trial by combat.

He defrauded students of his real estate school. He stole money from his charitable foundation. He provided false financial statements to banks when applying for loans. He was involved in a tax evasion scheme with his CFO. He was a co-conspirator with M. Cohen in the campaign finance case Cohen plead guilty to. The call to Raffensperger made to pressure him in to participating in the Big Lie was illegal. And now...............

It reminded me of how many Repubs have refused to voluntarily testify in criminal/congressional investigations involving Individual 1. Using all manner of excuses. Like Lindsey Graham pretending he has special status allowing him to defy a subpoena. The list is long. Repubs appear to have no respect for the legal process, or feel they are above accountability.
