I think you are mistaken about why fox is bleeding viewers.

Its because on election night, they played shenanigans, like calling Virginia for biden, when only <1% of the vote counted and the graphic on screen showed trump with a 10 % lead. They did this with a couple of states, while at the same time, states like Texas and Florida, they waited until way far into the night to call them for trump, even though it was clear trump had won them.

The perception is, that fox was in the tank for biden, and they called these races like this because they wanted the perception to be that biden was winning, and that he was always winning, all through the night. They waited to call states for trump until biden had enough of a lead on screen that when they did call a state for trump, it wouldn't cause him to get ahead of biden. Now, why would fox do this? Rumor has it that the sons now heading up fox are really leftists, and they are pushing fox to the left.

That is why fox is bleeding ratings and viewers.
