It took huge courage and leadership for the prez to say what he did but then has done a lot for the gay community and, unlike the pubs, Obama has always been in favor of equal rights for every person.

From what I Understand he said it's a States Rights Issue.

Same thing with homosexuality. The Right wants to use Big Bother to impose their values on a free society.
