I realize a sitting POTUS has some immunity from prosecution. Just because he is back in office now in no way exonerates him from the charges he was facing.

Trump never did go after people with the DOJ, Mike! That was the Democrat's thing! They've used the Justice System against their political opponents for years. Then they declare that we need to be worried about Trump doing that to HIS political opposition which is laughable!
