They have. Epstein and Maxwell. Literally thousands of lawyers and investigators in five different administrations and at least four states have looked at the evidence and didn't find anything sufficient to charge anyone else. Not sure why Massie and Khana think they know better.

THe only way more prosecutions will happen is if the "victims" come forward, name names, and offer evidence.
