If I was driving down a highway, I was unfamilar with, or questioned, and didn't know if the speed limit was 55 or 45, and only went 50, that's not me being careful, not fascsim. Getting in trouble or being investigated by Govt is not in and of it self fascism . We have Govt to make law, enforce law, and provide a place (Courts) for disputes. That's not facism. Fascism is a form of Govt, that really run counter to our Democratic-Republican style
