Let me correct all of that for you. First, Hillary didn't ask for a recount in ANY state. During the campaign she had blasted Trump for not saying he would accept the election results. So, she had Jill Stein request a recount in 3 states for her, even though Jill Stein had virtually no chance of winning. At least one of those 3 states decided to stop the recount, probably for that reason. Democrats then huddled together to think of everything they could to overturn the election results (talking about the 25th amendment being just one) and even tried a few of their suggestions, including trying to convince electors to be faithless. Some democrats refused to certify the election results, similar to Trump trying to convince Pence. Hillary & Co also bought and paid for false information and lied to FISA courts to investigate Trump for colluding with Russia to influence the election.

Trump did transition to a new president and allowed access to his staff and records before Biden took office. It was just later than normal tradition as things played out in courts. Trump did not send an angry mob to attack the capitol. As with the summer's long George Floyd protests in many cities, they were "mostly peaceful" protesters where some rioters got out of hand. Trump even asked them to be peaceful and non-violent but the left somehow always seem to leave that part out.
