Revelations is a bit of fantasy literature that should never have been included in the Bible
It is Revelation, not Revelations for a reason. It is the revealing of Christ, singular. It is replete with prophetic actions that will bring about the return of Christ to prevent all life on earth being extinguished. There is more written in the Bible about the time we are living in than any other time in history. The problem with a fantasy label is that you can see the prophesies being fulfilled, now. Literally thousands of years in the future.
e.g.
Israel DID become a nation.
It DID become a nation overnight.
Israel DID return to their ancient language.
Israel IS surrounded by enemies.
Knowledge has greatly increased.
Many shall run to and fro.
Not one living thing left on earth?
Those things don't seem so covert since are living through them. But during the time they were written in, they were impossible to imagine. Those people's weapons were sling shots, and sticks. How did they know that 2000 years in the future we would have the technology to destroy all life on earth? Can you describe what weapons mankind will be using 2,000 years from now? You cannot. I can not. Neither could John, or Daniel. Nor could they imagine running to and fro. We can, but they couldn't. They didn't know what a jet was.
Knowledge? Consider the advances in the 20th century.
No displaced people have ever revived their ancient language, except one.
The Jews went to bed on May 13, and awakened in the nation of Israel on May 14, 1948. Daniel gave us the exact day in 600 BC.
There was no reason to proclaim back then that Israel would become a nation. They were already a nation.
The Bible prophecy is impeccable in describing what we are living.
