The "DO NOT CALL" Law & Bankers

In my state a bankers' association has petitioned the FCC to water down our state's "Do not Call" law so that they can continue to telemarket to their clientele. Is this happening in other states? One thing that was really irritating was that this action was not reported in our daily newspapers until after the deadline for citizens to contest the bankers' petition to the FCC.

all the lawyers have to do is pass some new laws--then you have to call them when you can't understand em when your in trouble.
