Bush had a weakness relative to John Kerry over their respective service in the military. Kerry went to war in Vietnam, George stayed home and pretended to be a pilot in the ANG. So Kerry got swift boated, problem solved. trump's epic corruption and law breaking leading up to the 2024 election needed obfuscation. So the Right fabricated a fiction that he was the victim of persecution.

Is a policy induced slowdown in the economy and the resultant decline in the stock market a "healthy correction?" In trumpworld it is. Well the president still has to act within the law…with that said, what the scotus has said is that these district judges can’t block things fir the entire country and they also harshly made clear that judge shopping won’t be tolerated

What we have been seeing is demafasict going to a district and filing suit they think is favorable, getting a district judge to over step and do a nation wide ban, delaying the action until a higher court sets them straight
