Unfortunately, many in the Arizona Legislature are making our state a national embarrassment by conducting a sham review of Maricopa County’s 2020 election results. This is bad for business and bad for democracy, and absolutely no one should trust the so-called “results” that come out of it.​

Multiple reviews have already confirmed the 2020 election’s integrity. Experts agree that this election was among the most secure in history. Arizonans of any political party should be proud of that. ​

At a time when our state should be focused on economic recovery and building a better future, this sham is keeping Arizona looking backward. Neither Arizona’s economy nor its democracy can thrive if our lawmakers indulge the myth that the election was stolen.​

TRUMP'S LAW: When democracy does not fulfill your wildest desires, trash it!

Mitigating the deranged assault upon the electoral system of the United States (that was nicely encapsulated in the Trump goon attack on Congress amidst cries of "Hang Mike Pence!") is the farcical nature of the Big Bamboozle caper in Maricopa County.

This slapstick tour de farce has been a spooky evocation of the Keystone Cops on acid. By the time the curtain had been scheduled to thankfully descend in May (concurrent with Trump's deal with the Taliban for withdrawal) there wasn't a dry seat in the house.
(That may have triggered the considerate heaping of the ballots for a few weeks next to the Maricopa CrazyTimes Carnival public restrooms.)

Yet another announcement of delay (his one attributed to covid): According to the farce's instigator, State Senate President Karen Fann (the flames) said. "The team expected to have the full draft ready for the Senate today, but unfortunately Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan and two other members of the five-person audit team have tested positive for COVID-19 and are quite sick!"

Thus, the public finally gained a rare insight into the caper that has boasted of "transparency." Their identities remain hidden, but we all now know their are a fab five of the mysterious individuals - presumably not having their names concealed because they are all victims of sexual assault (although the Cyber-Ninja mailbox is in Florida, home of Matt Gaetz who also performed in Arizona!)

Then again, for all we know, all five are conspiracy crackpot Doug Logan.

Benny White, lawyer and longtime Arizona Republican Party election observer co-authored an August 3 report that used public documents to show that tens of thousands of voters in greater Phoenix voted for most of the GOP candidates on their ballot but not for Trump. "I am very concerned about my country," he added. "We are in a period of increasing civil turmoil, and distrust in our elections exacerbates the problem."​

The closer the rest of the results get to becoming public, the more vile and desperate their rhetoric. Obviously, they will do anything to try to discredit the audit results. Its a prime example of how powerful big tech and big media have become and why we must hold everything they say under the highest scrutiny. A large number of the MSM editorials published contain false, biased and misleading information regarding the audit.

Socialist controlled big media made a miscalculation in trying to simply discredit the audit and throw shade at everyone: this was their chance to PROVE THAT THE CLAIMS OF VOTE FRAUD WERE FALSE. They SHOULD have stepped up to the plate and done everything they could to contribute. Did they have no choice but to step back and try to distort the finding of truth instead of contributing? I say they had no choice but to choose the low road, because those up high know the vote is being manipulated. Both Republicans and Democrats.

They claim the audit wasn't transparent. Yet the highest Arizona leaders critical of the audit use as evidence things reported by their observers. If it was NOT transparent, how could those observers have made such claims about things they observed?

They claim the audit had too many changes to procedures while it was in progress and did not follow "normal procedure". Absolutely: A FULL RECOUNT AND FORENSIC ANALYSIS TO THIS EXTENT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE IN ANY STATE IN MODERN HISTORY. The "normal" procedures only check less than 2% of the ballot counts and they don't even look critically at where the ballots came from or if they were legitimate. Apparently in Georgia, an audit doesn't even include looking at any of the tabulations, ballots or equipment: the head guy just has to sign a paper saying it's all ok, "don't worry, trust me".

They claim there were gaps or errors in the chain of custody of the ballots while the audit progressed. The fact is, All the ballots were under 24x7 video surveillance, each movement was recorded as to name/position of the handler, time, date AND Video Recorded. Videos are still publicly available for review, afaik. This allegation is most likely just a cover up: Unfortunately, Maricopa County provided NO CHAIN OF CUSTODY DOCUMENTATION when the ballots were received. Anything could have been done/with them between Nov and May. We'll have to take it on faith that they were not tampered with.

It's not going to change the results at this point. Why wouldn't anyone want to know if our vote integrity is solid?

The counts and recounts have already been done. Maricopa county already had a forensic audit in February....and found no irregularities.

But to a conspiracy theorist.....anything that doesn't ape the conspiracy, becomes part of it. So they ignored the forensic audit and every other election tally. And just folded the republican lead Election board that conducted february's forensic audit into their conspiracy.

The only interest I have in this farce (aside from the fact that it's yet another Trumpian embarrassment to my country) is whether any of the Trumpsters know anything about the recent history of the "Cyber Ninjas" CEO.

Maricopa County found 2 firms who were certified to do forensic audits. CyberNinjas is not one of them. Even Republican secretaries of state have said this is a joke. No one except sick Trump supporters like you think this is legitimate. The EAC opertes a certification system and accredits laboratories to do testing.

The head of CyberNinjas has already proven it. His statements that said the election was stolen disqualifies him to do any kind of forensic audit. You are the one spewing BULLSHIT. CLAIM: Maricopa County received 74,000 more mail-in ballots than we sent. FACTS: In Maricopa County, we allow people to vote early in two ways: 1) by mail and 2) in-person at Vote Centers. These are all considered early votes.

The people who vote in-person use ballots provided at a Vote Center. This is not a new practice, so it's not unusual that we would have more early votes than mail-in ballots sent.
