The first 4 years I had 20-25 percent “ghetto thug blacks “
Now in the last 3-4 months , I only see a few a week rather than several a day

I thought back in 2017-19 that I was going to die by them

Now it’s all bitchy azz white trashy girls

I still have 40 percent Hispanic customers and they are the best
 
latino's may be a pain in the ass (always will ask for a discount or accuse you of something), they generally they are only out to steel a small coin, not going to pop you in the head ;-)

When the majority of your clientele is Filipino’s is when you know you better close down…

Now because that White Gal didn’t call you after you wrote “ For a Good Time Call 438-5243 ( Get Laid ) “ does not mean they are trashy but most likely they are if they are going into your place…

Your "black thugs" have probably read your posts on USMB and taken their business elsewhere. Not all that bright to be complaining what color your customers are. Or GUESSING as to their morality and chances of killing you..

To be fair , I have called out many white garbage customers too
I am out of the business in 3.5 years

That's actually a good explanation, because if you really wanted to KEEP that business, you'd be serving the BROADEST slice of your customers.

How did you recognize a "garbage customer"? Is it the dyed hair, tattoos and body jewelry? Or how LOUD they are? WHAT???

The problem will be selling the store
My store is only worth 150-175,000
However, the franchise is doing a massive remodeling for any new owners and that is 250,000 plus

I can’t imagine anyone going to dish out 150 to me and 250 to Franchise

If my 10 yr Franchise expires and I can’t sell
I will dump it
 
My brother is a big doctor in Phoenix and said he can get me a job in medical billing or cleaning up things

Unfortunately I don’t have much education degrees

All I can think about is how much money you've LOST by PRE-JUDGING customers.

Have a good retirement.. Did you have a water fountain or a public rest room? LOL...

What about this "garbage customer"? I might judge this one by his ACTIONS, but NOT by his looks.. Like I buy the Wheaties box with Mohammed Ali picture -- rather than his.. :up:

They'll make back the 400K in 8 to 10 years. By not "pre-judging" their customers and broadening the community appeal..

Realize -- I'm not ALL about the money here. NOBODY makes a $400K investment if they're not prepared to work with EVERY customer they can find. AND BE HAPPY that folks walk in your door

Hard to do targeted advertising to just well-adjusted, smart people like yourself...
