The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Of course you get a say but not about other peoples rights. The supreme court interpreted the second amendment to mean guns are beyond any vote or legislation to take them away. The same reasoning is apparently not applicable for abortion. Saying a right does not exist simply because the founders didn't foresee how we would live in the 21st century is a dangerous precedent.
It was a democrat leak to fire up their ice cold base for the midterms. Fortunately, every time biden or harris opens their retard-hole, it throws cold water on the fire.
