Dems are screwed. If Biden only withdraws from the race the focus will be on if he's competent to remain in office, we all know he's not. If he's removed from office people will get a 1st hand picture of how bad Kamala is. She would have to give multiple speeches to explain things and hold many press conferences. It's unlikely the entire press will provide cover for Harris after getting caught lying about Biden.
Not to mention the debate with TRUMP which no matter what off ramp the dems take there's no way to get out of the debate.

Racist blacks like you have stated that if Harris is passed over, they won't vote at all. Harris has less chance of winning than Biden has against Trump or any other possible Republican candidate. What little loyalty Harris has is directly related to her skin color. The smartest move available to Democrats is dump Biden, accept that Harris has no chance at winning so save as much money as they can for the 2028 race and try to find a sane candidate for 2028 that is acceptable to both the extreme left and far left Democrats and the independents who actually determine to outcome of the presidential races.
