The demise of America is real and very argering, but nothing to do with Obama, or with Trump for that matter. The demise of America is globalization and the unification of trust between central banks and the federal government.

For example, Reagan legislated a constant cash flow of people's private money to large funds. Then Bush transformed the American stately services to such lows, that the government doesn't even need to act on the applications that it forces its subjects to submit, except to collect hefty application fees. And when Obama wants to return this to just some level of normalcy, the government receives laws to enact and make up anything as they go along on any citizen.
