The schools in her district have failed, the parents have failed to raise their kids for generations, and any time someone tries to invest there to help turn things around, that investment is destroyed by the residents in short order. Sadly most of her voters are trying to eek out a living while having what amounts to about a 4th grade education. It's not racism to say that. It is an accurate account of the situation there, and they have been told over and over and over that their plight is only because white people hate them and oppress them. So Bush simply shouts more of the same and people blindly obey.

Pelosi is wrong, defund the police is what she herself allowed the Democrats to become, it is still what half of the party wants, but she knows the Democrats are going to get slaughtered in the 2022 polls if she doesn't try to change the subject.

With all the hand wringing over true American Democrats like Manchin and Sinema, regarding their stances on the social and money wasting issues of Pelosi and Biden, those two saved this country, and have given the Democrats one final chance to redeem themselves.
