My advice to Democrats would be to come more to the Center and get someone who can relate to the voters concerns; not their own.

The democrats will tell you that's what they're doing but it's a bold-faced lie. They said the same thing about Hillary and Biden too. I think we are entering or are already in a cycle of one-term presidents where the voters switch from one party to the other every 4 years due to disenchantment with the incumbent party/president. People will be voting against somebody rather than for somebody, for the most part.

Our fire department gave us notice that tenants may not leave their shoes in the hall outside their doors as it is a "tripping hazard" in case of a fire.
