No, first, they have to find evidence against people to take to a grand jury. Republicans have been trying to do that for 35 years and so far haven’t indicted any Democrats whatsoever.

Republicans are either the most incompetent prosecutors in the world or Democrats aren’t committing indictable crimes.

Hmm..well, Republicans now have a smaller majority in the House, even with Trump poaching members for...whatever positions. The Senate's numbers always favored Republicans, so no big surprise there.
As far as President goes...well, that was what it was. A combination of Democrats unable to message and relate to the average voter's pocketbook, running a less than ideal candidate, and the fact that the country just isn't ready yet for a female President.

Democrats did quite well in down ballot races and look to make gains in 2026...especially in light of the Republican dysfunction coming.

I’ve lived in Washington and/or the DC Suburbs my whole life so I know that the tide changes. The US is ready for a female President. This candidate was completely out of touch with the voter and had radical ideas. My advice to Democrats would be to come more to the Center and get someone who can relate to the voters concerns; not their own.
