If you watch The Cosmos, either series, they explain that over humans existence, we have made great gains in science and technology but every once in awhile the power wipes out all those advancements. Setting us back probably thousands of years.

Think about that. Wouldn't green technology keep gas and oil prices down? Without green energy, here come the price increases. Once they've completely ended all green programs.

It does not exist in legislation, because legislation is incapable of emotions.
No one can truly be altruistic, caring, or compassionate by neglecting their personal responsibilities or believing that burden should fall on anyone other than themself.
