The Puerto Rico joke wasn't really funny at all and it didn't get much response either. That's how a comedian knows he scored or didn't, i.e. via audience response. But it was just a joke. Nothing more and nothing less. It wasn't racist as it had nothing to do with race. If it did the majority of Puerto Rico's population is white. Our next door neighbors are from Puerto Rico and you won't find two guys more 'pale faced' than they are. Great neighbors by the way.

The joke was told when we have PC police dictating what we are allowed to joke about and the comedian did not toe that line. That was his sin.

The vast majority of his monologue was just fine and he took up a few few minutes of a four hour rally jam packed with speakers.

A dishonest, TDS afflicted Democrats Party and its surrogate propaganda machine known as the MSM focused on two jokes told by one comedian as the sum total of what a historic four hour MSG rally was all about.

They have no honor, no integrity, no principles, no ethics. Pretty pathetic actually.

As JD Vance commented, the country really needs to redevelop a sense of humor and put these kinds of things into their proper perspective. We need to be able to poke fun at each other again without triggering the PC police. If the jokes aren't funny, they won't get laughs, the comedian will put them on the shelf where they belong and get different material he/she hopes will be better received.

And that should be the end of of the story.
