And we haven't even gotten to Trump's proposed MASSIVE cuts to the fed funds rate, the best tool we have at mitigating and controlling inflation.

When did Trump ever see tariffs as a cure for inflation, Skylar? He understands that tariffs can temporarily raise costs but he also recognizes that they work best as a threat.

Once again...I'm amused by your claims that Trump doesn't understand economics and won't be better on inflation when you can compare Trump's economic record and the Biden/Harris economic record. Again...inflation never went above 2% during any of the four years that Trump was in office while on the other hand inflation has gone as high as 9% for Biden/Harris!
