Wasn't Hillary a powerful first lady? Wasn't she a virtual co-president? Isn't Bill (along with Albright and George Soros and Goldman Sachs) a key advisor to Hillary? Hillary tries to win support by telling everyone how important Bill will be in her administration.

She attended campaign strategy meetings in Little Rock, Ark., and later became the first (and so far only) first lady with an office in the West Wing.
