Repeating Federal crime stats by race is a big no-no in public. If I were to set up a card table in a public parking lot downtown with poster boards covered in statistics, I would be told to leave.

That’s private property. Someone owns that parking lot and they can ask you to leave, especially if you’re causing a distraction to the businesses that use that parking lot. Go put your card table on your front porch or on the side walk and you can post all the crime stats by race you want. So no, you’re not being censored from saying that stuff.
