What the judge ruled today's ban against TikTok was a violation of the First Amendment. There is no proof that this is a front for the Chinese Stalinism. It is also racist cause it promotes that all Chinese are followers of the legacy of Mao. Unfortunately, the owner of TikTok can't file a defamation laws suit against the u.s government. The owner was defamed. There is no evidence that he works for the Stalinist regime legacy in the Chinese government . The bully conservative attacked this innocent company because it is a weak app and a weak social media website that is vulnerable to attacks . Facebook and Instagram I believe are controlled by the wealthy. As a real liberal, I'm resistant to this ruling. It is unacceptable. I don't tolerate this intolerance. Thanks to most democrats and progressives and humanists and the American Civil Liberties Union being brainwashed over the years by neoliberalism. None of them are going to fight back against this ruling.No defiance. Nobody is willing to go to jail for it. Neo-liberalism has turned them into cowards. This is why Trump's president and abortion are illegal. It is all three faults.

Its threatening Youtube. There were more visits on TikTok than YT. You know, they do a coup for a banana company. They will do a world war for the information sector.
If that data bs was true, Google and Apple would have removed the app.
