It’s not wrong. Every 14 year old in the nation knows #1 is correct.1. That is wrong.
If foreigners had constitutional rights, nobody could stop them from voting. Nobody could stop them from being hired. Nobody could stop them from purchasing firearms.
The U.S. Constitution is not an international document. It applies to U.S. citizens on U.S. soil only.
