Even if a single Greenlander would buy whole Greenland he would not become the king of Greenland. If the USA would buy all land in Greenland she had nevertheless to follow the laws of the Greenlanders in Greenland. This means for example in such a case the USA had to pay taxes in Greenland for the land she owns in Greenland like every other private or juridical person who owns land in Greenland.
