Watching Jay Jones win the election for Attorney General in Virginia has to be the lowest point in American political history. Anytime a politician threatens violence to their political opponent publicly and their children, they should simply drop out of the race. No amount of apologizing for its should matter. But is it not just the fact that he won, it is also the fact that other democrats, like Abigail Spanberger who won as governor, supported Jones despite his actions.
