It’s so good !! Shows Batman as the great detective that he is

Riddler is creepy good
Penguin is awesome

Super visuals and Batman learns in the end that vengeance won’t work and he must be a symbol of hope

This is the 3rd best Batman movie

maybe I will give it a watch, I kinda lost track with so many variations out over the years they are not linear but more like a one-off with a new character and cast, still gordon was NOT black ever so that really ruins the storyline from the start

Patterson as Batman is almost an insult to the franchise.
A soy boy playing, what is supposed to be, a total, ruthless bad ass??
It only works if you can manage to think that can happen.
Contrast that with Christian Bale - and it makes you think it must have been a joke

he was just as good as bale only darker the way batman is supposed to be...fans at comicon liked the guy....

They liked him because he is of their generation.
Christian Bale is now 51 years old.
I grew up with the original comic books.
The comic batman was dark, but not a skinny, sullen weirdo-whiner.

Has zero sophistication to play Bruce and zero physical to play Batman

The cinematography was so dark in that movie, I could not see a damned thing.

I turned it off after a few minutes and never went back.

agree, they wanted to set a mood but went too dark, you would need to adjust the settings on your TV, up brightness and drop contrast to really "see" it
