The Baby Mama phenomenon is a systemic problem in Black culture that needs to be faced and addressed. It is a major contributor to the 75 percent Fatherless home rate in poor Black communities and the problem is getting worse.

It would be very difficult to legislate that, but it could be done. Counseling and educating young girls on the opportunities that wait for them is another option. If there is no effort to change their mindset, then the problem will continue to get worse.
