I stand by my recommendation.
In fact, I'll double down and repeat to all posters here, ----"Nickel & Dime" is a good book for those who want an insight into the lower income level of our job market at the time of the writing.

Plus, and importantly, the author drives an interesting narrative. She captures your interest. She describes what she and her co-workers do daily with illustrative examples. In short, it is an engaging read.

Good for her. She does what she can, I guess.

But for the rest of the forum, do this.....if you have the time......read Nickel & Dime and make up your own mind.
