Nowhere in that agreement does it require US to intervene militarily to "protect the Ukraine borders". All it says is that it will be brought to the UN security council.

The allegation that the US is violating an "agreement we made to help protect the Ukraine borders" is false!

So the onus remains on you to provide a link that proves otherwise!
