The question is simple. Does only one state get to legally define marriage right now as "only between a man and a woman" or do all 50 while we await appeals? Since SCOTUS granting Utah that stay was their overruling the 10th circuit court's refusal to issue the stay, shouldn't at least the other five states in the 10ths jurisdiction enjoy the protection of their votes on the question of marriage as well?
